I'm going to be falling a little behind this week on my training. Going to do week 3 next week and be a week behind. My grandfather is in the ICU so I have been going to the hospital after work instead of to the gym. I also plan on going out for St. Patty's tomorrow so I'll be really off my game... Oh well. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you just have to deal with it.
