Running in a 10k tomorrow.I thought I'd be done with my 4th week of running when I signed up but oh well. I have a feeling either tomorrow will kick my but or I won't be able to finish. It would be great if I could though. Even if I come in last I would like to finish it.

Even if I don't though at least I donated to a charity for it and I will also be able to attend the seafood buffet after party and enjoy a few post run beers. haha.
106.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
