Took yesterday off didn't do bad went to bed late got up early. wish a could find a fix to help me sleep so I am not tired all day all the time could sure feel like i could sleep now and boy what a headache I have

I hope you find a healthy way to get better sleep. I'm looking for one too. I get the best sleep when I plan it. Everything I do during the day impacts the quality of sleep I will have even up to the amount and timing of caffeine, stress management, and just feeling organized. There are a lot of little things that can be done to help with better sleep but first identify what keeps you from sleeping well. Best wishes!
