Terrible day...BLOATED and the scales reflect it :( To top it off I am really tired and dragging and makes me want to snack...although I have been good. But I am drained and only want to crawl into the bed (after work) and take a nap instead of going to the gym. OH and I am in pain from the visit of Aunt Flo...I hate that bitch with her bloating and back pain.
