Well, it was a really tough week. I had company over and while I love my family to death. Having company always messes up my diet. And here I was thinking I would get them to work out and eat right! lol. Regardless though, I lost 1.6 pounds this week. Which is half way there for my goal this month. (3 lbs since I started a week into march) So anything over that is gravy. which I am hoping for. I've decided to start limiting carbs for this 8 week round. Drop it down to 100g a day. I watched a documentary and did some research on diabetes and sugar. and learned the importance of how carbs turn into sugar and effect your insulin levels. I don't want that. So, I won't be as strict as Atkins cause i can't handle that. but I will gradually lower it to pob 80g a day till i get used to learning how to eat without bread and starches; which I've never had to do before. Anywho, if I still lose 1.6 pounds from this week, next week should be amazing! IF i succeed in exercising, limiting carbs, drinking lots of water, and walking more.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
