Starting an elimination diet for my migraines to see if there are any foods that are triggers. Good news is for the next 2 weeks all I can eat is fresh vegetables, and lightly seasoned fish and chicken. Fits in with Atkins. Bad news (for me) no caffeine, cheese (which has become a staple for me). Hopefully I will find some very useful information out of this.

Best of luck my dear. I hope they can find what is triggering them and you can prevent them from coming back. The food sounds good but Im sure it could get boring too. Sending you lots of support and warm wishes.
