While I was at my mom's house last weekend, her and I went to Walmart and saw this Woman's World with the title "Extreme Weight Watchers" on it. Of course, I picked it up wanting to see what was so extreme about it. It ended up referring to this website called Hungry-girl.com. After going through the website, I bought the book on Friday. (200 recipes under 200 calories) I love the fact that this book's recipes are mostly 1 servings. It is so difficult sometimes to scale down a recipe for those of us who live alone. After going throught the book, it referred to Vitatops alot. I found out it is from this company called Vitalicious. Their muffins and brownies and tops, still not sure what those are, but they are all pretty much one point. I bought the Fudgy Peanut Butter top and 4 different types of muffins today on their website. I can't wait to get these so I can try them!
