Okay so not a lot coming off these days but in truth I haven't been trying very hard. I've been giving in to treats on days that I haven't had sleep and I've only been doing the minimum on my exercise. Next week could be my chance though as I have time off and a chance to get caught up on school work and biking. I have my boy with me those days as there is no point in paying for camp if I'm home. But it'll be good for him too. I'm just going to hang in there for now and see what happens I guess.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're still doing great! Just being accountable here and not gaining weight back is a big step in the right direction. It's OK to slow down and take a little break now and then. You're human. When you're ready to go full speed again, you will. You've proven that you can do it, so you will.
