No workout done last night, but I did get my lunch made for the week and got about 12 pounds of cucumbers ready to pickle. Last night my hubby was in a weird mood when I got home, so instead of doing my workout I talked to him and we made dinner. Tonight I will do a workout after work, I need it. Then it will be cleaning and getting about 10 more pounds of cucumbers done and rinsing the others. Busy, busy. :)

My eating yesterday was a little better, but I was really craving pop-tarts, so I ate a 2 of them. Why do they put 2 in a pack if only 1 is a serving? Darn pop-tart people! Hopefully today will be even better with no pop-tarts, and my lunch packed. I'm feeling good about the day, so I hope I hang tough and have no crazy cravings.

I hope everyone is having a great Tuesday so far!! :)

I hate pop tarts, refuse to buy them. I mean, don't get me wrong... they're delicious. Buuuut they are nothing but sugar, and I'm trying to keep simple sugars out of my kid's diets, working hard on keeping my daughter in a healthy weight range without her realizing it. My teeth are getting to be super sensitive in my old age (haha) and lucky for me pop tarts and candies hurt the crap out of my teeth, so that helps. I agree with the 'why put two in a pack if only one is a serving'. It's ridiculous and most people don't realize that the serving size is actually one pop tart. On a different note, holy cucumbers! lol I wish I had a garden and awesome canning skills. Someday :) Have a wonderful day and a kickass workout!!

I use to love pop tarts...they were my breakfast of champions for 1 year while in universary. And I don't think I've eaten any since!!! They are so many things out there that are 'more worth the cheat' than pop tarts!! But I know what you mean, the carb monster has found me too lately and resisting has been hard!! Gotta try though. If you get a workout in, that will help with to resist the carbs!!

It's funny because I don't usually care about pop-tarts but I had one of those unbearable, if I don't eat it I'm going to eat everything in the house, then eat it anyway, cravings. My hubby keeps asking me if I'm pregnant because I keep having crazy cravings, but I know I'm not. I think it's my body finally getting used to my Mirena and my hormones are out of whack. Either that or I'm having sympathy pregnancy for all the pregnant people I know right now. :)

Tried a gluten free version of pop tarts a few weeks ago by "Udi's" oh yuck it tasted like strawberry wrapped in cardboard covered in salt. It was supposed to be a treat !
