No movement downwards but at least I've stopped putting on weight. I now try to do 20mins power walking or aerobics 5 times a week. Must cut down on my portion sizes.

Hello, I too am on a no loss weight loss program. I started 5 weeks ago and I did lose 4 pounds the first week, by the third week I gained two back and my last weigh in I was back to the original 4 pounds. I am following the WW diet 100% and walking 30 to 40 minutes on the treadmill or outside. It is truly frustrating but I'll keep it up. It is my menopause weight I'm fighting against. Also, having Fibromyalgia I tend to be swollen a lot. God Bless and good luck to both of us.

Hi, I have to admit that I'm not currently following the WW diet. I just try to eat less, which doesn't always work! I have been exercising for 20mins a day for the last 2 months and although I haven't lost any weight my body shape is changing a bit. Unlike you I don't have any real health concerns - you have a much harder time than I do. Really I have no excuse, just not trying hard enough. Good luck to you too.
