I did go up to 73kg three weeks ago but I was too ashamed to write it down! Now I have started exercising and watching what I eat and I have lost the extra kilo I put on and hope to shed more in the following weeks. I am following Leslie Sansone and her Three Mile Walk on DVD. I'm hoping to get other DVD's of hers from the library to vary my routine.
