performance: gaining 1.4 lb a week

I am struggling with Fibromyalgia, and menopause. I gained 13 pounds after having a hysterectomy. And because of the Fibromyalgia I am unable to do more than walking, or swimming. I try to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day or walk for 30 minutes. I just can't seem to budge in my weight. I have been following the weight watchers diet 100% and still can't budge. I would really love to get to my goal weight of 150.

My Momentum points disappeared again, does anyone know how to get them back?
I have have the blessing of using fatsecret to calculate my momentum points and other nutrients. Today they were gone, any ideas on getting them back?

Weight Watcher's PointsPlus
I have become a member a week ago. I have certainly not lost any weight. In fact, I have gained quite a few. I want to do the PointPlus because I could live on fruit and no other foods. My problem is I am not able to eat all my points. It has always been my obstacle, if I don't eat all my points then I gain weight.

I'd love to see the success and failures of others who chose WW PointPlus.

Yes you must eat at least 1200 calories to be healthy and you will still lose weight. Otherwise your body will think it is starving itself and hold on to the fat.
