I am struggling with Fibromyalgia, and menopause. I gained 13 pounds after having a hysterectomy. And because of the Fibromyalgia I am unable to do more than walking, or swimming. I try to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day or walk for 30 minutes. I just can't seem to budge in my weight. I have been following the weight watchers diet 100% and still can't budge. I would really love to get to my goal weight of 150.

Weight Watcher's PointsPlus
I have become a member a week ago. I have certainly not lost any weight. In fact, I have gained quite a few. I want to do the PointPlus because I could live on fruit and no other foods. My problem is I am not able to eat all my points. It has always been my obstacle, if I don't eat all my points then I gain weight.

I'd love to see the success and failures of others who chose WW PointPlus.

Is 600 calories a day healthy?

I am 14 years old, 5 foot 2, and weigh 39kg (about 6 stone 2?).

I'm currently eating around 600 calories a day, and am gradually losing weight, but I'm worried that this is bad for my body, and will eventually cause me to gain weight. is this true?

I'm a very fussy eater. what would be the best foods for me to eat, and amount of calories, to either maintain my current weight or slowly lose some weight?

Yes you must eat at least 1200 calories to be healthy and you will still lose weight. Otherwise your body will think it is starving itself and hold on to the fat.
