Avoided weigh in! Like an ostrich with its head stuck in the ground. Diet has been poor. Must must keep track of food. My fix is like a junkie, only difference mine is food. Not the healthy kind. More the moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips!

1354 kcal Fat: 40.42g | Prot: 106.48g | Carb: 176.29g.   Breakfast: Low Fat Milk, Coffee (made from Ground), Low Fat Milk, Oat Bran (Uncooked). Lunch: Compliments Lean Beef Burger, Multigrain Bread. Dinner: ShopRite Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Noodles (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Low Fat Milk, Coffee (made from Ground), Tea with Milk and Sugar, Multigrain Bread. more...

I looked forward to today's weigh in only to record a 0.6lb drop. Both scenario's are discouraging but the commitment is to instill a healthier lifestyle. Small steps I'm told
