I will weigh-in tomorrow.
This was such a great weekend. Started it off with a bang at the Taqueria. They were celebrating their first anniversary, and we were celebrating my friend's birthday. The event gave out 3 tickets for free drinks "Turn up! Turn up! Turn up!"
We also went bowling, and as I predicted it broke all my nails on my right hand. BUT, I scored over 100! I haven't bowled in 5/6 years!
Then we used our gift cards to Olive Garden, Saturday, that we got from our last trip to the OG. It was so bad that they gave us $25 gift cards to come try again. So I got to try some new things on the menu that I wouldn't have ordered if I was spending my own money.
Sunday, I went grocery shopping which is always such a to-do without a car. But the sudden torrential downpour made it even more exciting. I was super glad I kept my umbrella in my backpack! And, my old lady grocery cart is the bomb.com!!!
I got my hair washed and twisted up, then enjoyed a small flatbread pizza from Subway and a few cookies. That's a huge improvement! Last year I might have ordered two of the pizzas, chips, and cookies just because it was the weekend and I "deserved."

Ha, I always go to the farmers market with my mothers grocery cart, it's ugly but I don't care.

Old lady grocery carts at the Farmer's Market are an absolute must! :-D People stared but I think they secretly wanted one of their own.

Haha, I do my grocery shopping the same way with my bag lady grocery cart. Have, so far, managed to miss the downpours, but they are very sneaky and sure to catch me one of these days when I forget my umbrella and garbage bag for covering the cart. I do get envious comments about he cart though ! ;-)

Oooh, I need to remember the garbage bag idea. It will also keep small items from falling out my cart too. You're so smart!
