I have fallen off the wagon for the last couple of day and it is time to get back on the train and roll on down the tracks to a better me. I had my best friend come into town the other day and we meet up with some other friends from school the other night and proceeded to have a few drinks and a lot of food. I don't feel as good as I had been feeling and now have to go through ketosis again. Not that I can't do it but just wished I had made some wiser choices. Oh well, it's not like they are here very often(first time in 20 years)and I will bounce back like Reed Richards. You all have a wonderful day and keep it up. Get ya day on!
