Is it Monday again? I woke up a full 30 mins late this morning. What?! I never oversleep that late, but when I realized I'd overslept I didn't rush around I just got up and slowly made my way to the bathroom to get ready. Well, my breakfast was late and my stomach was growling, so I ended up eating cereal and more than I should have. Then I get to work and there are donuts, and I didn't pack my lunch because I had no time, so now I have a donut on my desk for lunch. Ugh, I really need to get my eating under control. Oh yeah, and I forgot that I have to work later tonight, so I don't know if I'll get a workout in this evening or not. But, I'm going to push through. These little silly "problems" in my life are not big and it's one day, I'll make it through and tomorrow will be better. I am going to stay positive, even with a donut lunch. :) My hubby doesn't work tonight, so I should be able to at least do a quick workout or maybe a 30 min. run. Tonight I'm going to try to get my lunch mostly prepared for tomorrow, so even if I do sleep in I have no excuse not to grab my lunch and go. I will make small solutions for my small issues and now I can move on.
