Well I had a wicked eye opener this morning...I weighed myself for the first time in way too long. :-( I'm so not happy with myself and if I could I would kick myself right in the a$$!! GAH!!!! Sigh...well there is no point in being frustrated. It is what it is and I just need to move on from here....Dammit.
