Last night I had a really tough time as I was STARVING after dinner, but I was already at 19 net carbs and 2053 calories... I technically shouldn't have eaten anything else, but I could not stand it and copious amounts of water just wasn't helping. My boyfriend even suggested smoking a cigarette. In the end I ate an Atkins meal replacement bar and ended up with 22 net carbs and 2097 calories for the day. I really hope this doesn't throw me off. :S
