I had a couple of bad days in there (mom took me out for lunch and I had a shot of vodka...). Question though: I know it is an absolute no no to have alcohol in the induction phase, but what phase can you start adding some straight liquor into?

Is it normal to still have days where you feel super fat? I know I am sticking to my diet, and I am (slowly) losing weight, but some days (like today) nothing fits well and I feel uncomfortable and bloated. :(

At least I'm going in the right direction! This weight loss is slow, which I am not used to for Atkins. But I am going in the right direction despite having to cheat on the road and buying some chicken nuggets. Also, I have not been as active as I previously was, so I am sure this is contributing to the slow weight loss. Here's hoping!
