I feel like crap, running fever, but still sticking to the diet. Cut back on the running though. I went to the Houston rodeo last night and resisted all temptations. Its getting easier.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay hydrated and get well soon. Sticking to your new lifestyle when you feel terrible is hard to do, but it is worth it!
