For 8 weeks... I have been working out and watching what I eat. I've gone from not being able to run for 5 mins to running 3 miles. I've pushd myself further than I have ever gone before. However, I feel like my effort is not reflecting on the scale. I've only lost 9 lbs.... but when I look at the before and after picture, I am in amazement.
