Had a great weekend, relaxing with my little guy as my DH was on night shift. We hung out at the farm with my parents on Saturday. My mom had made a fresh cherry pie using sweet cherries for lunch and it was good! I spent the afternoon walking behind a lawnmower cutting the lawn. Took about 2 hours. Then we went to a birthday party for my MIL neighbour. Ate supper before we went but I did has some cake but I couldn't eat it all. I got complimented on how well I look even though I haven't lost any pounds since Christmas (that's the last time I saw some of these people). But my MIL and SIL were 'dissecting me and saying my waist was smaller and my legs were stronger. I just said 'thanks'.

Yesterday was hanging out some more. Did go grocery shopping and did some house chores. Discovered a yellow jacket nest in a tree that's close to the deck. Not good! Hubby will have to brave it!!! My son and I enjoyed watching the Calgary Stampede showdown on TV. He really liked the bull riding. Me on the other hand would like to try the barrel racing. There was a gal in the final four that was 46. So there is hope for me...something for the bucket list!

Back to work today. Did my run at lunch time and now finishing up work for the day.
