Another 2.6 lbs lost this week! Doing well with my pool routine. I walk for 30 minutes in the shallow end, then do 20 minutes of calisthenics in chest deep water followed by swimming round and round sitting on a noodle for an entire hour. I think now I will try adding some type of exercise on dry land also. Perhaps I can increase my rate of loss to 3-4 lbs per week. In any event, I am fast approaching my next mini-goal of getting below 275. I am so excited!!

Great exercising in the pool!! That is what I do but anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes daily. I have certain reps, 500 jumping jacks, 500 bi-cycles & 1,000 to 2,000 jogging steps up and down the pool. I started this 4-7-2014 and have missed 4 days. Having osteoarthritis makes the best exercise for me the pool as so much easier on my joints. You have inspired me today as to your weight loss as I am at a stand still as I am changing my diet as I am Gluten Intolerant so buying items Gluten free and checking labels. Had Gluten Free Rice Checks this morning and Gluten free/Lactose Free milk & coffee with non dairy dry gluten free creamer & I feel so good and I am not hurting & filling icky.
