You should watch the sugars-they keep your insulin high, causes all sorts of metabolic disorders which make it hard to lose weight despite a calorie deficit. Switch up simple arbs that convert to sugar easily (if you can keep them to only 100 g daily) and then consume the rest of your caloires in protein and fat (whatever you do, don't go low fat). And get some nutrients--veggies, greens, berries, etc. As long as you don't over consume calories, your body fat will start to melt away.

It is really retraining yourself to eat differently but I love the foods I eat now. Beore, my diet was mainly processed carbs and some meats. I never believed that what you ate mattered as long as you didn't take in too many calories and worked out. But as I age, I finding that quality of food really makes it much easier. But if you replace those sugars with good fats, trust me, your pallet will love it and you will feel satisfied. Then when you do have sugar and your gut gets all inflammed, you'll realize what all that sugar has been doing to your body without you realizing it.

Keep trying! It's work, but it's worth it for your health!

Maybe you need to build up your metabolism. I was the same way, and I started walking at least twenty minutes early in the morning, before eating or starting the day. Then at least twenty minutes at night, no matter what. The first week, I didnt see much, but now in the second week, I can tell my metabolism has sky-rocketed. I can feel the burning in all I do. I am shedding the pounds.
