Finally got back to below my July 1st weight, down to 217.6. Let the trend continue. I have been working long hours and it's getting to me. It leaves me time for a short bike ride and not much else. I need to get some kind of weight training in. Any suggestions?

Go to bodybuilding.com. Lots of exercises. Also Live Strong has an excellent selection of strength training exercises geared for men/women/bad backs, etc.

I will do that thanks. I'm thinking of getting a couple of kettlebells or dumbells so I can use them throughout the day on crazy busy days...LIKE TODAY!!! Ugh! What do think?

Begin light with the weights. Woman??? 2lbs. and work your way up. Kettle bell, 5 lb. Go slow and easy. I use a book for 50+... for us older folks. Pretty cool stuff, but be careful of your form.

Young man last time I checked TAIC69 but the message was perfect! :)
My complex has a Hoist Gym which has an abundance of exercises but at times you have to wait and a 20 minute workout ends up to be much longer so Kettle bells may do the trick.
