I haven't weighed this week yet. Although I feel smaller. I have given up bread except in special circumstances. I only have a small portion of Parmesan cheese once daily. I'm thinking of other unhealthy items to give up. I don't eat sweets, unless sugar free.

I have swapped out wraps and deli rounds for bread, 1/2 the calories. I load them with lettuce, spinach and shredded carrot for crunch. I use a base of 1T LF cream cheese or 1 slice provolone or 1X a week an egg. Pretty good lunch and leaves me satisfied.
