Day 3 of kettlebell and TRX lessons. Back to feeling normal - arms can straighten. Trainer told me to stretch and drink lots of fluids. Said it's not unusual and still happens to her when she changes her routine. We listened to my body today and had a good workout.

At work today, a coworker's wife baked me a loaf of banana nut chocolate chip bread. Omg - smelled like heaven. All I could think of was that in the last I would've taken it home and eaten it by myself ( or maybe hubby would've had one slice). Don't think it would've taken long - 2 days? Anyway, knowing hubby working out of town all week, it would not be good to take home as I'm alone - not good with a loaf of this yumminess! Normally would take to work for coworkers to eat. Npbut since it was given to me by a coworker, I was afraid that would be rude. So, I picked a select few on opposite side of building from the coworker who gave to me and shared. I had a sliver of a piece just to satisfy. Was perfect. There's a little left, but it should be gone tomorrow (I left it at work).

No gym tomorrow night as our form has a suite reserved at the ballpark. Will need to be sure to eat healthy and stay full thru the day so I don't overeat while at the game. This is getting a bit easier as time goes by!

It goes get easier with time, doesn't it? Great idea with the banana bread. I am a recovering 'feeder' lol, meaning I feed people... constantly. I was always baking for people and handing out this or that, so I know that people do it with love and I try to be ever so appreciative, even when I'm immediately thinking "OMG, how am I going to get rid of this" lol You did good. I did a kettlebell workout yesterday, now I can't move. Just goes to show that it's been too long. A few months ago a kettlebell workout wouldn't phase me, so know that the soreness goes away once you get 'totally ripped'. :) Have a wonderful day, Kiki!!
