Back from vacation. +3 lbs isn't bad for a week without calorie counting or food watching! Did a lot of walking though, and I'm sure that helped.
Back to it now! Getting back on track and back in shape! Will weigh Friday to see if I can get that 3 lbs off and feel better about the vaca!
