This past holiday weekend I not only gained back the 6 pounds I lost but a extra 2 pounds. I'm going the wrong way!!!!!

Next weekend is my excursion at the shore with my friends. I am so sick of gaining it's pathetic. As soon as I eat normal size portions, like everyone else, I gain weight.

The doctor upped my thyroid meds but I think it's not enough.

I don't gorge myself - NEVER.

242.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
