Looks like my eats has caught up to me, everywhere I look I see Paczki! I wake up this morning, there's Paczkis on the counter. At work, there's Paczkis on the counter, wtf? Anyways, I sampled a bavarian creme - it was delish and enough to satisfy me without wanting more. I'm sure these things will be here all day today =P.

No workout this morning, slept in so I am looking foward to a monster leg day to help burn off some of the bad snacking these past couple days.

Happy non-Fat Tuesday!

I hear you! I too need a major workout after the snacks I had last night... Cardio today and Crossfit tomorrow morning. What is Paczki? I didn't think your body fat could fluctuates on a daily basis. I mean, I understand iot fluctuates, but my scale (which is totally inacurate anyway) wouldn't give such a precise measurement. Have a good day!

Paczki pronounced "poonch-key", is a Polish delicacy. It is a very sweet, tasty powdered sugar bun type donut filled with a variety of flavors - blueberry, custard, apple, etc. They are a complete calorie bomb...ranging from 300-700 calories in one serving. I used to eat 1 or 2 on Fat Tuesday (Day before Lent - Ash Wednesday). Not anymore though. Body fat fluctuates because water weight/waste fluctuates daily. Your body makeup ranges from the morning all throughout the day - as much 2-5 lb variance throughout the day. I believe this "cycle" i have causes the fat to catch up to me throughout the middle of the week, but as I'm usually strict about diet throughout the week (which this week is not going so hot), it then lowers just in time for the weekend which then gets another increase in calories. It is a constant up/down relationship but not a YOYO in the extreme of gaining large amount of weight here and there. If you noticed my weight chart when I started "cycling", it is this gradual decrease in weight throughout the ever changing spike.
