It has been a while since using this site/app. I seem to be stuck at 235 lbs., so I am going to try to track my calories.

I have been doing the DASH diet, with limited emphasis on bread/carbs.

235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
