So I've been off the wagon lately. Last week I was sick and that has lead to some poor eating choices and no exercise. I think TOM is hitting me now too, so it's making it even harder to make good eating choices because I'm craving junk, especially chocolate. Great timing with the 5K Friday morning... I'll just have to push through and make myself get some exercise in. Last night I wanted to find an excuse not to work out, but I got home, put my workout clothes on and did it anyway. I felt better mentally after I was done. Tonight I'm going to try to remember that feeling and get a short workout in when I get home. I'd like to run, but I know if I do my knees and hips will still hurt and make running harder Friday morning. At least doing a DVD still gets my heart pumping, just not much exciting scenery. :)
