Don Dizzisel's Journal, 29 June 2014

It's been a really long time sense I've did a Journal entry... closing In on goal weight again....It feels good not to get so far away from goal before buckling down and getting back on track...Taken off over 80 pounds and keeping it off for over 2 years now is not a accident, very active 4 miles before breakfast daily... (smile) I call it earning my keep. Pre 4th of July Party reason for large meal yesterday....It's not a binge lol I know when I'm bingeing, those usually last at least a week or two, & I make darn sure I've eaten as much and everything I want before I decide to get back on track... I've managed to stay within 3 or 4 pounds of goal weight 220 for over 2 years now. I must admit I put back on 15 pounds this last time before deciding to get back on track, even tho I wasn't there but a couple of days and I'm only 3 pounds from goal now. The most important thing I've learn is to just enjoy life 2 or 20 pounds, for some of us this battle/struggle with weight will continue... You might as well enjoy the Journey...
