Well my weekend was a total bust, because of my work days I get thursday night and friday nights off, well that is unless you get a stomack virus and are layed up all weekend. That was my time off sick and in bed. The good thing about it if there was a good thing was I did not eat mich of anything for the first two day I had the virus. But on the three day in the am, i was as hungry and all I wanted was grease and salt. So Micky D's it was for something grease and salty. I At least got rid of the hungry pains. Im doing well right now back at work and Well start an new week on Monday, so I will get put this week behind me and start a new. Weight in will be updated and I hope to get my starting pic. up also.

ahh. I know how you feel about McD's!! Glad you are feeling better though! I went out to eat with my boyfriend this weekend. I ate way to much. Then today for lunch I had three pieces of pizza, all the while telling myself that I know better than this. This week is a new week!! Lets start off healthy!
