Today I was hit with a really bad migraine and it was bad.... that is what makes exercising a bit hard to do regular; however, I am giving a good try. Its late and I do not want to lay flat... my eating with this new diet plan is going well but much more research is needed in order for me to get the flour mixing down. I did see a really good tortilla recipe made of cauliflower, spices and eggs I am going to try it. I have much more research to do.

Thank you. :) Migraines are a normal part of my life, unfortunately... so I really try to work around them as best as I can. How is your progress?
