I had complained before because some of my daily activities were not listed in the exercise list. Well I found a website healthstatus.com that has a good list and you enter your weight and how long you do your activity and it figures your calories burned, and I found a website for horse owners to figure how many calories are burned at the barn www.equisearch.com/horses_riding_training/training/general/countingcalories now it figures the calories based on a 5'8" 150 pound person but it will give you an idea. I knew it was a work out to muck out the stalls and push the wheelbarrow to dump it but I wouldn't have guessed that per stall I muck out would be 1014 calories burned in about 3 hours. We own three horses I do one a day, every other week during the warm months. I may just get to where I will find it a little more enjoyable to muck them out because I know I am getting a workout too.
