Very busy this past weekend! So busy, that I had to take yesterday off! But only to help out with more farming activities over at my parents' farm. On Saturday we got the haying equipement out and ready as the hay was cut on Thursday. My dad went discing and of course my 4 year old son had to go too. And if Papa was in the tractor, he was too. He was there from 10 am to 10:30 pm with about an hour lunch break. Supper was in the tractor!! I got an arm workout on Sat and Sun as the disc had to be cleaned out. The field was muddy and weeding and the disc wheels kept getting full.

Yesterday was haying day. Unfortunately it rained and we didn't get finished. We did get about 500 small bales in the hay mow stacked. One tiny field got soaked. Might be 150 bales there. Maybe on Thursday we'll get it finished. My son got to ride in the tractor again. The boy is tractor crazy, especially for John Deere!!!

Anyway, tired today but I still went for a run at lunchtime. And I'm keeping my eating under control...somewhat, a few endulges here and there (like a few scoops of a smartie mcflurry!)

Cheers!

I'm pretty sure all that farm work constitutes a work out. Good for you for keeping up your lunchtime run!
