I had a bad few days: sort of lost steam with my exercising, binged a bit on the food, and now I'm pretty much back where I started as far as the scale is concerned. I do feel like I'm actually getting some muscles in my legs. Hopefully elsewhere too, but the legs are getting a little definition. I'm feeling frustrated, and it's just about time to go to bed, so I'm a bit bored. I know if I had any food in my kitchen, I'd probably be devouring it right now. I'm actually glad I haven't had a chance to go to the grocery store. I think those first few pounds going so quickly got my hopes up. Well, even if I'm the same weight, I know I'm in better shape than I was even a few days ago, so I can't give up, because I am making some sort of progress.
