Weigh In record (no journal entry) for 20 June 2014
175.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

down on 2 days exercise- it was also my birthday-so I have over indulged this week, Next week no excuse am able to gym it 5 times next week, so I will - am going to give exercise -110%. I do have a night next week - but I am happy with my breakfasts, lunches and dinner when I am at home.

you can do this ...it is just a matter of motivation ,and the odd bit of exercise ...don,t do too much else it turns to muscle .....xx

I find if you try and keep moving ..and try a bit of exercse then increase a bit at a tne ..you do it your eay .being a medium ,they say only you know your body ..only you know your limits .i will inbox you soon they want to give you more ..xx sue ' tedg '
