Really need to start eating a little more durring the day, I find when I get home I make bad choices. Ran out of my almonds and have no healthy snacks...need to go food shopping this weekend. Thank god I'm off friday, that gives me three days to cook!!! YAY!!!I feel so much better about myself when I can cook dinner, mom likes butter so when she cooks I cant eat as much and I'm still hungry. Lets just say she hates my cooking...lol. At least its better for her though. I think I'll try something new this weekend. I already miss the gym, I want to go tonight but I dont think that will happen...maybe later tonight, hopefully. If not I'll work out a little at home and go tomorrow. I just feel so much better after going to the gym! I love feeling good but I dont want to over work myself.
