Went to the gym last night and worked HARD!!! I actually pushed myself b/c I knew I could go harder and I feel GREAT because I did. I did a mile on the eliptical in 11 minuets, I know its not a lot but for me its huge! I'm sooo pumped! I even did 300 crunch thingies on the machine and did another 100 when I got home before bed. Its amazing how I feel, the only thing I can say is wow. I can't wait to go back...thursday here I come! I'll have to go friday too since the gym is not open late on saturday and I have a lot to do saturday. Ate ok...need to lessen my carbs though. Also have to get some more fruits and veggies at the market. Good luck today all!
