Had my first Medifast Orange Creme Shake this morning at 4 and it was just like a 50/50/ ice cream bar. At 7 I poured a Swiss Mocha Shake over ice and when the shake was gone kept enjoying the choclaty ice cubes till 9 - they last a long time. I am not missing the snack machine at work and know God wants the best for me today so just for today (and every day) I will grow as a person and become healthier with my new behavior. My BMI index is so high right now it's not even on the chart. God, I offer myself to thee to build with me and to do with me as thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self that I may better do thy will. Take away my dificulties that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of thy power, thy love and thy way of life. May I do thy will always.
