Started all over again yesterday. Going back to basics! I can already feel the extra lb affecting my health.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Good luck, and you have the right idea with thinking it affects your health. I did a blood pressure test last year before going to Morroco last December. I also remember feeling pins and needles in my hands while on holiday and supposedly relaxing, so when I came back I promptly got on a diet and lost a stone in 3 months and cut out Carbs where possible. After losing the Stone, my blood pressure readings were down, Heart rate was down and no more pins and needles. It really does help

i know, i had high lvls of sugar, cholesterol, etc but all that went to normal lvls once i lost 50lb. but gaining them back n the stress is what makes me eat. any tips for the stress?

not really sure Im afraid. Is it stress or depression? Exercise can help lower stress levels,and to be honest its good for generally everything. But if youre eating because youre depressed, thats different. Although funnily enough exercise helps with depression too....

Exercise does help with both stress and depression. Key is to stay active and interact with others - as you are doing on this forum too but also face to face :)

No exercise yet but do some rounds with my bb, as I bbsit. Have been able to hold off the night cravings. I do well during day but nights kill me.

why dont you go out for a 1 hour walk in the night time, keep you occupied and tire you out ready for sleep (go after your last meal is best)

hoping to start exercise today. with the weight loss from last wk it motivates me more to lose more n faster.

Jose pre pack some portion size fruit/veg in the fridge so when you get hungry you have a healthy tasty alternative ready for you xx

Keeping busy in the evenings help... it stops you thinking about food!
