Dinner consisted of 4 oz. lean beef and a salad with wild harvest spring mix greens, vinegar and oil dressing, orange bell pepper, avocado, and ripe olives. Washed it down with seltzer water and felt very full after eating. Exercized quite a bit today, which included sweeping and scrubbing floors in kitchen and spare bedroom.

That sounds yummy...tonight was turkey cutlet night for me. great job with the exercise....recovering from stroke which i had a year ago so im slow moving...but i get it done...lol

You look like you are doing a great job, but I must say, you need more calories!!!! Aim more for 1800....or even more. You need the fat and the calories to burn the fat...Have you read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes. It'll make you a believer...no time to read? Go to Youtube and search his name, his lectures are intersting and convincing!
