Moderately bloated from dinner last night (sals taco and enchilada plate). Lots of flatus tonight, small amount belching. Took an extra probiotic before bed.

I had tremendous flatus and started eating Kimchee. It's part of my daily eating. Low carb too. Fermented cabbage. Sounds horrible but it's addictive. You can read about it on google.
