The last day of Feb. and I have lost 9 pounds this month. I would have liked to have lost more of course, but I really can't complain. I have been on the Atkins diet since Jan 31. I feel full all the time and have lots of energy. I will continue with induction until mid April and see where my weight is at, I hope 138 pounds or less I hope and then decide what I would like to do.
I have gotten a little sloppy with my net carb. 14 or more are not coming from veggies. As I read somewhere that it's a good idea to put the veggies in snack so I can track my veggies better. (Thanks Paula) I need to pay attention to where I'm getting my net carb. I just hope I continue with diet, exercise, water and supplements. I really would like to see me at goal weight before the end of this year.
