Feeling really discouraged today

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 February 2011:

You just have to keep with it! Sometimes our bodies don't automatically respond to new habits that we are trying to create. So just stick with whatever plan you are on and if after a while you don't see a change, try something different!

Good advice. I would just add to stick with it for a good 2-3 weeks. Doing so you will build it in to become second nature. And you will see some results which add to the motivation.

Thanks guys! I really needed some encouragement. It's just disappointing to try really hard and then the scale goes up? Im hoping it's just new muscle mass from working out. Anyway, thanks again for the encouragement!
