Great job! You are doing fantastic. Just keep it up, and your goal will be a piece of fruit! (I was going to say "cake" but didn't want to add any temptation!)

haha - thanks! I actually don't crave cake or ice cream which is a miracle because when I do eat ice cream, I then crave it every night and eat it! I wish I could be a social eater or even a person who can eat in moderation. I just don't have that in me YET. That will be another goal once I get the weight off.

I am doing the dr. ian smith 4 day diet. the first 4 days is veggies, salad, fruit, and a couple other things. basically what he does it for that 4 day phase you can only have what is on his list of foods. every 4 days you enter into a different phase. it is a total of 7 phases. i have done pretty good. i have been on this diet since march 9th and have lost a total so far of 10lbs. it has been great. also another key point he stresses is exercise and he tells you in the book for how long.
