Thank You. I agree with you 100%. I have decided to stay with weight watchers AFTER being frustrated, I cheated today, not good AT ALL :( Emotional eating has always been a struggle for me. I'm going to try & finish the rest of the day eating pretty well and start back on track 100% tomorrow and eating less processed foods. I think once I have freedom to choose different food groups, I end up choosing less fruit, etc...I start to fall into bad habits even though I'm only eating 1200 calories, not all calories are created equal (from what I read). I think I need to increase my protein a little more as well. Thanks again for your encouragement.
