I'm leaving this morning for a week of camping well At my age we do the motor home thing no tents for us yep, tv and microwave in the r v just hope I. Take it easy and not have toooo many glasses of cheer before the meat comes off the grill.
This morning 170 hope I stay the same it would be great to drop a few. I will try to walk every day.

Agree - I have a trailer for bed and bathroom comforts. You can get some hiking in which will hopefully help with countering some of the yummy food. Have fun!
